Above and Beyond!!! The process of buying a new house in today's economy is extremely stressful. Mike Brennan guided us through the entire process calmly. He has educated himself on the most obscure real estate issues just in case they come up (and they do) and often anticipates and eliminates possible glitches before they occur. He has surrounded himself with knowledgeable professionals that he can turn to for every real estate question. He has always been available. He promptly responds to phone calls, emails, and texts. On many occasions he went out of his way to be available for things that other agents don't bother with. Mike has a great personality and genuinely cares about his clients. He is great at his job because he really enjoys it. The house we bought needed a lot of work but was listed at the perfect price in the exact location we had wanted. I asked Mike about it on a Sunday and he went to see it himself. He then convinced me that we needed to come see it that night (with flashlights) and get an offer together. We did, and he was right. There were many others who were inquiring about back-up offers. On top of handling the sale, he walked us through the house and helped us "see" what it could be. After the close of the sale he continued to stay in touch and inquire about the remodeling. He even helped us remove kitchen cabinets that we were able to resale. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house! (less)
